Nothing at all. The eligibility check is completely free, with no obligation to go any further. You only ever pay if we successfully get money back for you — and even then, the fee comes out of the refund itself, never out of your pocket.

A P60 is issued by your employer at the end of each tax year and shows your total pay and tax paid for that year. A P45 is given to you when you leave a job and shows your pay and tax for that employment. Either one is fine for checking your eligibility — just send us a clear photo on WhatsApp.

The eligibility check itself is quick — usually the same day once we have your P60 or P45, often within minutes. If you're owed a refund and choose to go ahead, the payout timing depends on HMRC's processing times, but we'll keep you updated on WhatsApp at every stage so you're never left wondering.

Then we'll tell you straight — no charge, no hard sell, no follow-up pestering. You'll at least know for certain where you stand, which is more than most people ever check. You're welcome to check again in future tax years.

Our fee is a percentage of the refund we recover for you, and nothing else — no admin fees, no hidden extras, no upfront costs. You'll be told the exact fee in writing, in plain English, before you agree to proceed, and the full structure is set out in our Terms & Conditions. If there's no refund, there's no fee.

Once HMRC approves the refund, the money is paid out and our agreed fee is deducted — the rest goes straight to you, usually by bank transfer. We'll confirm the exact amount and timing with you on WhatsApp before anything is finalised.
